hey ho. just updated the shows page here onsite. i’m going to Ear Falls, Ontario! come on, that’s exciting. plus i will turn another age there. 44, i think. also, craigslist cantata will be touring around metro vancouver this fall, and hitting toronto in feb next year. i’m going to haul the whole family to that cold cold town, all in the name of Musical Theatre. the Peter Panties record is almost finished over at JC/DC studios, and boy do i love this record. fall release, if the vinyl gods move fast enough.
which reminds me, i’ve been meaning to ask: who out there would buy my records on vinyl? my household has gone back to it quite happily. i’ve also been toying with the crazy idea of a complete vh box set; the whole catalogue on vinyl records. do you want it? or should i just make one set for my husband? let me know your vinyl standpoint. please.
re: vinyl
i’ll take one of everything please. provided it doesn’t cost one million dollars…
nice idea with the vinylissue. I’ve never given up my vinyls and at concert I prefer to buy vinyl before Cd. thx
Veda’s goodies are always welcome.
But I will have to buy a vinyl player for those.
Oh I don’t want to admit it but I have just about given up vinyl… I am sooo modern 🙂 I just used to hate the way it made bonus noises and sometimes even remixes of what you wanted to play – eg when it gets stuck jumping backwards (backwards, backwards…) so then I am not a fan… Maybe I’d be more relaxed about that now (… thinks…. no I wouldn’t :-). But concerning actual VH vinyl releases I think I am with Miranda above – I would ceretainly buy them. They would be very nice things to have (but one new album of VH music in any format gets me more excited 🙂
Hey, Sean, co-signed. New Veda album is always fun.
Veda is full of great projects now that cannot be appreciated by the most avid foreigner followers of her work :-(.
