This little bit of London UK says Big thanks to “Team Hille” for the speedy sending of Do You Want…
and what reading about the Raft do you (VH/Team H or anyone) recommend?
cheers!

heya sean! i checked in with steve hill, our director and he said the following: The primary source was The Survivors Account of the Sinking of the Frigate Medusa—available at guttenburg.org.
And then some philosophical texts about levinas mostly. Oh and A history of the World in 101/2 Chapters.
which is a great book by julian barnes, of course. the survivor’s account is pretty wild. happy reading! xv

Many Thanks indeed for this info Veda (and Steve) and sorry for slow reply – I have been in Trieste taking pictures of Van der Graaf Generator at outdoor gigs [fan pictures I should say – but good ones though :-)] – and in the Berlin-travel-recommendation spirit I recommend their new album as a trio; Trisector and Peter Hammill’s new solo album Thin Air which (also) deals, as he says somewhere in an interview, with a subject that preoccupies him more now that he is older; the disappearances of people [he means deaths – but disappearances is a good description for the way people vanish from your life]. Anyway bye for now
