Field Study (2001)
An album of songs about science and nature. Primarily recorded solo (multiple pianos, organs, voice and little sounds) with Ford and Martin joining in on Little Wind. Contains Yukon Suite, a song cycle written about a 3 week trip through the northern territory commissioned by the Yukon Art Centre, and birdsong commissioned by the Songbird Project, Vancouver. The cover image is a still from the video by Shawn Chappelle that accompanies the live performance of Field Study.
